About our services

Auto Claim Plus is an independent vehicle appraisal and claim recovery service. We help vehicle owners review total loss and diminished value insurance claims, identify valuation issues, and pursue additional recovery when appropriate. We are not a law firm, and nothing on this website is legal advice.

SMS program terms

Auto Claim Plus LLC offers a text messaging program through which users can receive claim status updates, settlement reminders, and occasional promotional messages about our services.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (586) 284-3655. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

No guarantee of results

Every claim is different. Submitting information to us does not guarantee that we will accept your case, that your insurance company will change its offer, or that additional money will be recovered. Results described on this site reflect past claims and are not a promise of future outcomes.

Engagement and fees

Submitting a claim review does not create an engagement. Any formal engagement, including the scope of work and fee, is confirmed in writing before work begins. Our fee generally applies only to additional money recovered above the insurer's original offer. There are no upfront fees for the initial claim review.

Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself, your vehicle, and your claim. Auto Claim Plus is not responsible for delays, errors, or outcomes caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Auto Claim Plus and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto Claim Plus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service at issue.
